Description: As a Store Manager you are responsible for everything that occurs while the store is under your command. Must be self-motivated and capable of operating a 1.5 million plus annual business on a daily basis. You must also be an HU/ROLP graduate. All classes are paid for by the licensee.

Description: Interim step between Store Manager and Supervisor. Testing ground for Supervisor position. Generally will oversee 2-3 stores.

Description: This individual travels between this licensee stores repairing equipment, HVAC and many other general repairs. This employee must have an excellent driving record, be self-motivated and have a working knowledge of plumbing/electrical, HVAC, etc. Hours are generally 8am - 5pm but will require additional hours for emergencies.
