• Health Insurance

  Medical insurance is available to General Management staff, who have been employed a minimum of 90 days. Company pays up to $200 monthly towards premium.

• Paid Time Off

  After one year of continuous employment, General Management employees are eligible for up to 12 days of paid time off.

• Disability Insurance

  After 90 days of service, Management Company employees are eligible for Disability Insurance.

• Bonus Program

  Depending on store sales, and labor, General Management employees are eligible for the Bonus Program.
